Dennis Harding
Dennis Harding has owned/operated Carefree Properties INC (CFP’s) since 2006, incorporating in 2014 as a General Contracting, Property Management, and Radon Services business.
Dennis added Radon and Ventilation Services to the company in 2013. In 2017 Carefree Properties INC removed General Contracting and Property Management from there list of services.
Today CFP’s are solely specializing in Radon, Residential Ventilation, and Air Quality Services.
Dennis served in the Royal Canadian Navy for 35+ years as an Electrical & Control Technician, and later as an Engineering Officer. Dennis’s Naval Engineering, Property Services and General Contracting experience affords him the expertise and background to get the job completed right and to a high standard.
